
Vince Verderame has been the drummer and a music director for Blue Man Group in Las Vegas since the show opened there in 2000, and still plays it nightly at the Luxor. A classically trained percussionist who played in the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra and attended Penn State, he came to the University of Miami and made Miami his base for years, touring internationally with Ricky Martin and Raúl Di Blasio, playing in guitarist Jonathan Kreisberg’s trio, and working as accompanist, composer and teacher for the dance department at Miami’s New World School of the Arts.
Alongside Blue Man, Vince subs on Las Vegas productions including The Lion King and Tom Jones’s shows, and recently spent a year as drummer and music director for a project with Dancing with the Stars’ Derek Hough. In 2024 he talked about three decades of making a living in music on the Arts Entrepreneurship Podcast, and appeared on FOX5’s Celebrity Spin Zone to raise money for After-School All-Stars Las Vegas.
Vince is the drummer and musical director for the Blue Man Group show in Las Vegas. He has been with the Vegas Blue Man since it opened in 2000.
